The contractor shall be capable of providing all ALS and BLS ground ambulance transport services for Veteran beneficiaries 365 days a year, 24-hours a day. The contractor must be capable of being on-site at the designated pick-up point within 60 minutes of notification for transport services within the designated mileage threshold area.
